These Terms of Use (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the websites, content, and services provided by The Seeker Collective, LLC, doing business as Seeking Center (“Seeking Center,” “we,” “us,” “our”), including the website theseekingcenter.com and any features, materials, or services made available through it (collectively, the “Website”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Website.
1. ABOUT SEEKING CENTER
Seeking Center provides editorial content, podcasts, interviews, conversations, tools, resources, and experiences related to well-being, personal development, spirituality, empowerment, lifestyle, and related subjects (“Content”). We may also offer events, newsletters, curated recommendations, and links to third-party resources.
Seeking Center does not currently sell physical or digital products, though we may introduce purchasing features in the future. Additional terms will apply if and when such features are introduced.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Website, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
You will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.

4. SEEKING CENTER COMMUNITY (MIGHTY NETWORKS)
Seeking Center also offers a separate membership-based community experience hosted on Mighty Networks (“Community Platform”).
Your participation in the Community Platform is governed exclusively by the Seeking Center Community Terms and Mighty Networks’ own Terms of Use and policies.
These Terms apply only to the use of theseekingcenter.com and related Website-based services.
5. ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE
We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website;
Remove or update Content;
Restrict access to certain features;
Terminate or suspend access for users who violate these Terms.
We are not liable for any interruptions, delays, or discontinuations.
6. ACCOUNT CREATION (IF APPLICABLE)
Most features of the Website may be accessed without creating an account. If optional account features are introduced:
You must provide accurate, complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials.
You must notify us of unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Contributors
Event speakers
Community guides
Experts or practitioners
Interviewees
are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Seeking Center.
We do not endorse all statements made by contributors, guests, or third parties.
10. SPONSORSHIPS, AFFILIATE LINKS & PAID PARTNERSHIPS
Seeking Center may from time to time:
Feature sponsored content
Participate in affiliate-marketing programs
Recommend products or services
Collaborate with media or content partners
Feature guests or experts with professional offerings
Where compensation, affiliate participation, or sponsorship occurs, we will provide disclosure consistent with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
Sponsorships do not influence our editorial independence or opinions expressed in our Content.
Seeking Center is not responsible for:
Quality or effectiveness of third-party products or services
Any interactions or transactions between you and third parties

15. USER TESTIMONIALS & SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT
Seeking Center may feature user testimonials, reviews, comments, or social media posts (“Testimonials”) in our editorial, marketing, or promotional materials.
By providing a testimonial directly or granting permission to use your publicly posted content, you agree that:
Seeking Center may use, reproduce, publish, edit, and distribute the Testimonial for promotional, marketing, editorial, and informational purposes.
You represent that the Testimonial is truthful and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Testimonials may appear with your first name, initials, username, or general location unless anonymity is requested.
Testimonials may be edited for clarity or length without changing their meaning.
You may withdraw permission at any time by contacting help@theseekingcenter.com.
Seeking Center complies with all FTC endorsement and testimonial rules.
Seeking Center will not use private or non-public content without your explicit permission.

Seeking Center collaborates with various individuals and organizations to create or appear in our Content, including:

Guides and facilitators in the Seeking Center Community (Mighty Networks)

Act independently
Are responsible for their own statements, recommendations, and conduct
Opinions & Accuracy
Contributor statements are their own and may not reflect our views. Seeking Center does not guarantee accuracy or completeness of Contributor content.
No Professional Advice
Contributor content is informational and not a substitute for licensed professional care.
Events & Collaborative Content
If a Contributor leads a workshop, event, or activity, they are responsible for their materials and conduct.
Seeking Center is not liable for issues arising from Contributor activities or third-party platforms.
17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Website and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:
